Back ground /Qualifications – Steven Mukalula is a holder of Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)( with a major in Business management), Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) and also a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Zambia (B.A.ED).
Mr. Mukalula has a teaching background spanning Thirteen (13) years at secondary and Tertiary levels.
Mr. Mukalula also boasts of an experience spanning Twenty (20) years as an officer of Customs in Zambia Revenue Authority with various operational and managerial exposures, ending his career as a trainer in Customs Courses.
Position: Consultant, Learning & Development
Academic Qualifications: BA Education from the University of Zambia and a Diploma with Education from the Copperbelt Secondary Teachers College.
Professional Qualifications: Acquired training in Tax Administration from the Malaysian Tax Academy and competency-based training in Value Added Tax, Tax Investigations and Customs and Training Methodologies, locally.
Work Experience: 25 years of Experience, having worked for the Zambia Revenue Authority and served in various responsibilities including:
- tax auditing.
- management of teams responsible for tax auditing and investigations.
- coordinating training in VAT, Investigations and Customs Services Divisions.
Position: Consultant Director Marketing and Client Liaison
Kingsley is a holder of BSc in Public in Administration and Diploma business Management and Marketing,
has a clear and thorough understanding of the Customs and Customs and excise
legislation, from experience gained over the past over 20 years as an Officer of Customs of Zambian
Customs administration in various positions, has equipped insight to effectively deal with and give
advice customs procedures and trade related matters.
